JULIMAR JIMENEZ POU
CEO & Founder
Julimar Jimenez was the mind behind the creation and establishing of the WSIE, responsible for creating and implementing our key programs such as the Mentoring Program, the Youth Development program, among others. Her vision was to create a student association dedicated to preparing and empowering its members in a way she hadn't seen before. She is a junior Industrial Engineering major in the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico with academic background in Psychology and Law, as well as work experience in Operational Excellence and Information Systems.
NAOMI RAMOS CARBALLO
Director of Operations
Naomi Ramos joined Women Students in Industrial Engineering with the vision and drive to improve upon our women empowerment organization and focused on developing the organization with our need to connect with our community. Naomi is mind behind most of the community outreach collaborations in our association. She is a senior in the Industrial Engineering Department in the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico with entrepreneurial experience and success, as well as work experience in OpEx, Lean and Planning. Currently she is pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
YERLIANNE RIVERA MONSERATTE
University Relations Director
Yerlianne Rivera Monserrate joined the WSIE Central Board with the purpose of leading, managing and directing the official WSIE chapters, advisors and their universities in their compliance, development and growth. She is developing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, with a minor concentration in Mathematics Education at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. She currently has experience in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Statistical Research Experience and Mathematics Education.
